Who Is Yoga Therapy For
A path for everyone
People come to yoga therapy for many different reasons — injury, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, a desire to move better or feel more at home in their bodies. What they share is a wish for something more personalised than a group class, and more embodied than talking alone. If any of that resonates — this work is for you.

Supporting Body
Nurturing the Mind
Soulful Wellbeing
Whether you're building strength and mobility, recovering from injury and training as an athlete, or moving more gently and mindfully as you get older — I shape the practice around you. I work with people at every stage of life and every level of experience. What matters most to me is that you feel seen, supported, and challenged in exactly the right way for your body. All bodies are welcome here.
The mind and body are not separate systems. Through somatic practices and breathwork, I work directly with the nervous system — shifting out of chronic stress patterns, building resilience, and creating conditions where emotional regulation becomes possible. This is not talk therapy. It's embodied work that changes how you feel from the inside out.
At its heart, yoga is a philosophy of living — not just a movement practice. The soul dimension of this work invites you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters. Through meditation and reflection, I help you cultivate a quality of presence that extends beyond the mat — into relationships, decisions, and the way we meet each moment. It's a quieter kind of transformation, but often the most lasting.
How I Can Support You

Depression and Anxiety
Gentle tools to help regulate your nervous system, offering a way back to grounding when the mind feels heavy or restless.
Together we use gentle movement, breath and grounding practices to support your nervous system.
We move slowly, at your pace, to ease tension, soften anxious thoughts and create small moments of steadiness in daily life.
You do not need any yoga experience to begin.

Perimenopause and Menopause
Supporting you through hormonal shifts with movement and breathwork that honors your body's changing rhythm and restores emotional balance.
Perimenopause and menopause are not problems to be solved — they are a profound transition that deserves to be met with understanding and care.
Through yoga therapy, somatic movement and breathwork, we work with what your body is experiencing right now — whether that's disrupted sleep, mood shifts, fatigue, joint discomfort, or simply a sense that you no longer feel quite like yourself.
The practice is adapted to where you are, not where you think you should be. We move with your energy, not against it — building resilience, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting you with a body that is changing, but still deeply yours.

Chronic Illness
A compassionate space for those living with persistent symptoms, focusing on agency and fine-tuning movement to your energy levels.
Living with chronic illness means navigating a body that doesn't always behave predictably. Some days are better than others. Some days, just getting through is enough.
This work meets you exactly where you are. Together we find movement and breath practices that work within your energy envelope — not pushing against your limits, but gently expanding what feels possible. We listen to what your body is telling us and we respond with care.
Yoga therapy is not about achievement.
It's about building a relationship with your body that is rooted in compassion rather than frustration — and finding small, consistent practices that support your quality of life, whatever that looks like for you.

When work never seems to stop, your body and mind eventually say ‘enough’.
Yoga therapy offers a structured way to unwind: simple postures, grounding breath and guided rest to calm your nervous system.
We also explore boundaries and small daily rituals so you can recover from burnout and stay connected to what truly matters.
This isn't about doing less. It's about learning to notice the signals your body gives you before they become impossible to ignore.
