All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to you. Whether you're coming once or committing to a longer journey, there's an option that fits.

Single session — 1 600  Kč / 60 min

A standalone session of yoga therapy, breathwork, or somatic practice — designed around what you need right now.

10-session package — 14 000 Kč
(save 2 000 Kč vs. the single rate)

The body learns through repetition. A single session can bring real insight and relief — but sustainable change, the kind that stays with you, takes time and consistent practice. I recommend at least 10 sessions to give the work a chance to genuinely land.

Pay-what-you-can spot

I hold one space at any time for someone who genuinely cannot afford the full rate. If that's you, please reach out — I'd love to work with you. What you offer is what you're able to give.

Sessions happen in my studio in Vinohrady, or online if that's easier for you. If you'd rather I come to you, home visits are available for an extra 200 Kč.
